Top Ten Tips For a Successful National Rollout
As a strategic move to lift your organization ahead of the competition, your company has decided to implement a new type technology in all of your 2,000 locations nationwide.
Manage your projects... Don't let your projects manage you.

The potential success of any project or large scale rollout can truly be determined by the preparation and planning conducted by all of the parties involved. Every project has requirements and challenges unique to itself and McBride M-Power Nationwide has assembled one of the most professional team of National Project Managers the industry can offer.
Constant, diligent effort is essential to the success of any project. M-Power's team is an experienced group of professionals dedicated to ensure the successful completion of your project.
In order to ensure this success, M-Power has adopted the PMI (Project Management Institute) Methodology and Procedure of Project Management.
M-Power has established Project Management Offices in both of our main locations - San Diego, CA and Atlanta, GA.
This structured methodology is being applied daily by highly trained and certified Project Manager Professionals (PMPs).
All projects are organized around the five main Process groups:
INITIATING

The Initiating step includes synergy between Sales and Operations. Our highly knowledgeable sales team collaborates with Operations to develop a Job Proposal which outlines project scope and pricing.
PLANNING

The Planning step includes developing the project kick-off document which identifies the nine PMI Knowledge Areas.
2. Scope
3. Time
4. Cost
5. Quality
7. Communication
8. Risk
9. Procurement
The development of this document is a collaborative effort with our client and driven by M-Power Operations.
A full Scope of Work is produced from this kick-off document and then distributed to our national network of certified technicians who will be executing the job in the field.
EXECUTING

M-Power employs Project Managers and Project Coordinators who are tasked with the responsibility of executing the project based upon the goals and scope that originated in planning.
Creating a consistent, smooth implementation of the project, these professionals serve as a single point of contact for all clients, partners and technicians involved with the project.
The 'coordinators' handle all day-to-day scheduling of work activities and technicians interaction. The M-Power project management team is on the job 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
M-Power incorporates state-of-the-art customer reporting to give you up-to-the-minute status of your project. Your information is accessed through our web portal which is updated real-time. Deliverables and status schedules are available to you and your staff for retrieval as needed.
CONTROLLING

When it comes to controlling your project, M-Power has that wired. We have developed a proprietary project management program - ENTITY that allows our team to assign, schedule and track an unlimited number of projects and project sites at one time.
A critical part of project control is Quality Control. M-Power employs Master Electricians and Registered Communication Distribution Designers (RCDD) who specialize in keeping your project needs under control.
M-Power's quality control specialists are dispatched to inspect the project sites and ensure the scope of work is being executed and matches the NEC and TIA/EIA Standards requirements.
CLOSING

At the end of each project, a meeting is held with all project participants and our client to discuss Lessons Learned. Information collected during this meeting is used to refine and adjust the process for even better results in the next project.
McBride M-Power Nationwide is committed to providing you best-in-class Project Management for all projects, large and small.
